Social fund for old, sick or disabled people

From when on are you an old person? Does being disabled equate not being able to work? Revised 2020-06-10 For Sound Prosperity, there is a substantial difference between one old person and another old person and between the one disabled person and another disabled person. Sound Prosperity will set up a fund which can take care of sick or disabled people financially as well as phisically. In other words to people NOT able to do ANYTHING for the community. This fund can only be used by our  SP Social Consultants.  If you still can do SOMETHING for your community, you must do that. That is GOOD for you. If you do that, the people you support, by doing perhaps small services you still can do, can request that they can be your employer. For example, an older person from 70 might be able to help in the garden from another person or take care of the grandchildren, but a person from 50 might not able to do ANYTHING.
